VISA INFORMATION

Most African passport holders require Visas to the UK. Others as well as African applicants who require a visa to enter the United Kingdom should apply at the nearest UK Embassy or UK Consulate way on time before their trip. Please be sure to confirm all necessary visas (including transit visas, if there are stopovers en route.) Please note that we are not permitted to obtain visas for participants/applicants.

Those that require an invitation letter should request one after completing registration. This will be sufficient for obtaining a visa. If the consulate requests additional documentation pertaining to the sponsoring organization, please let us know.

Please ensure that you are aware of the visa requirements for your passport type for the UK when planning your trip.
