Uniting for Good is about combining GAPOA's charitable giving and infrastructure development to make a difference in the world. Globally, the GAPOA Foundation supports projects that are focused on delivering public benefit through the use real estate, construction and infrastructure development across the areas of sanctuary, health, education and disaster relief.
The GAPOA Foundation, Ghana registered charity number… allocates, under Ghana Property Awards. Property Express Group and other donor’s funds projects around the world that are run in partnership with other charitable organisations & NGOs. The GAPOA Foundation also sits at the center of a network of indigenous social investment programmes, referred to as the indigenous Foundations.
The GAPOA Foundation has a funding partnership with these indigenous foundations to provide public benefit by investing in programmes that support communities in countries where our African Property Magazine has commercial roots.
Through this unique network of foundations, we are able to think and act locally and best respond to the specific needs of the communities in which GAPOA Foundation operates. Globally, we harness the power of infrastructure development to build and deliver long-term sustainable programmes that initiate transformational change and support Sanctuary response.
